MOSCOW, August 26 (RAPSI) The Moscow Commercial Court declared former Deputy Finance minister of the Moscow region Valery Nosov, who had been sentenced to 14 years and 9 months for embezzlement, bankrupt, RAPSI learnt in the court on Friday.
The court introduced a procedure of disposal of property belonging to the ex-official.
Bankruptcy claim against Nosov has been lodged by the Moscow Regional Investment Trust Company. According to the plaintiff, the debt appeared after the Basmanny District Court of Moscow delivered sentence to Nosov. The court granted a civil lawsuit by the company seeking recovery of 7.2 billion rubles ($111 million) in damages from the former official. This sum was included on the register of cr…
