Clive Palmer has failed in his latest bid to disrupt proceedings in his Federal Court examination over the collapse of the Queensland Nickel refinery.
Lawyers for the former federal MP and Queensland Nickel owner argued for an adjournment to allow for the High Court to hear Mr Palmer’s application to prevent further examination by liquidators.
They have requested a stay of proceedings in the Federal Court until the High Court deals with the matter later this year.
