Ryde Arena Directors Prepare To Place The Company Into Liquidation – Isle of Wight Radio

The future of Ryde Arena is looking more bleak as the directors of the limited company are preparing to place it into liquidation.

It comes after the company announced earlier this month that it will no longer be able to trade, following the closure by landlords AEW Europe and BNY Mellon.

The Southampton office of Business Recovery and Insolvency (BRI) have been contacted by the directors of Ryde Arena Limited to assist them in placing the company into creditors voluntary liquidation.

The process will start following a meeting between the companys creditors, which will be held at Ryde Castle Hotel on 17 November at 1.15pm.
