The model who married the son of the world’s richest black woman in a £5m fairytale wedding at Blenheim Palace was raised on a Manchester council estate by a mum once declared bankrupt, it has emerged.
Iranian Nazanin Jafarian Ghaissarifar tied the knot with Folarin Alakija, one of four sons to 66-year-old oil tycoon Folorunsho Alakija, in a lavish ceremony at Sir Winston Churchill’s Oxfordshire home over the weekend.
But while the dad-of-one, who lost his first wife to cancer, is heir to a $2.1 billion (£1.64bn) fortune his new bride’s upbringing is far more humble.
MailOnline reports Nazanin, 28, grew up in a Manchester council estate after moving to the UK and that her mum Nooshin received a order bankruptcy in 2014.
