A team of Norton Rose Fulbright lawyers, including a restructuring and insolvency partner, has left the global giant to set up a boutique firm.
Assured Legal Solutions announced today that it has opened for business in Sydney. The boutique firm focuses on commercial and financial services law.
Nicola Cosgrove and Chris Cruikshank, of NRFs restructuring and insolvency practice, co-founded the new firm. Ms Cosgrove has already left NRF, while Mr Cruikshank has resigned and will leave the global later in the year.
Ms Cosgrove was a special counsel at NRF, where she spent 12 years in restructuring and insolvency. She has acted for clients including the big four banks and leading insolvency and corporate advisory firms. She also teaches at the …
