Bankrupt former billionaire Nathan Tinkler is embroiled in a family feud and has been charged with allegedly smashing a stained glass window at his sister’s house.
The case was briefly mentioned in Port Macquarie Local Court on Wednesday, but Mr Tinkler did not appear.
Police allege that Mr Tinkler went to the home of his sister Donna Dennis and her husband, Lindsay, in Kendall, on the north coast, on December 28 and smashed the window.
Mr Dennis has also applied for an apprehended domestic violence order against the 41-year-old former owner of the Newcastle Knights NRL side and A-League side Newcastle Jets.
