A dad who was jailed for stealing from work to pay off his gambling debts has come forward to share what effect the devastating addiction had on his family.
David Bradford, 63, racked up debts of 500,000 after losing on online gambling sites and slot machines.
In an attempt to pay it back, David, who was earning 71,000 as a financial manager, stole 50,000 from his employers. He was jailed for two years for admitting the theft.
Davids family, who had been kept completely in the dark about his addiction, found out the news from his solicitor.
