Navin Shenoy, Intels top data center executive, is leaving the semiconductor giant as part of a major restructuring that will regroup businesses around data center, edge computing, software and accelerated computing.
In a memo seen by CRN and in a subsequent public announcement Tuesday, Intel CEO Pat Gelsinger announced the restructuring of the Data Platform Group into two business units and the formation of two new divisions: the Software and Advanced Technology Group and the Accelerated Computing Systems and Graphics Group.
