A NSW home builder has entered administration with soon to be property owners fearing their houses may never be finished.
Clarke Homes, which formerly traded as Hotondo Homes, has been placed into administration following a meeting with creditors held on Wednesday.
Documents reveal the company owes employees wages and salaries, annual leave, personal leave, and superannuation.
Clarke Homes owes more than 100 creditors in excess of $3.1 million.
Jason Porter and Joshua-Lee Robb of SV Partners have been appointed as administrators.
