A businessman whose podcast has featured a former England rugby captain, the Duchess of York and an ex Conservative minister has been made bankrupt for a second time.
A High Court bankruptcy petition was filed against Matt Haycox, a self-styled investor, mentor and philanthropist, by the administrators of an insolvent peer-to-peer lender in January.
Haycox, 44, was previously banned from being a director for 12 years until 2022 after an investigation by the Insolvency Service into his lap-dancing club business in the north of England.
