The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Allahabad Bench, has ruled that the ongoing insolvency resolution process for Jaiprakash Associates Limited (JAL) must proceed under a single resolution plan for the entire company, rejecting a previous option that allowed bids for individual business clusters.
