The Department for the Economy (the Department) has accepted a disqualification undertaking from the director of a company involved in fitness facilities.
The undertaking was received for seven years from Michael John Lennon (40) of Upper Springfield Road, Belfast, in respect of his conduct as director of Hybrid Fitness NI Limited (“the Company”).
The Company was involved in fitness facilities with a registered office at Old Gasworks Business Park, Kilmorey Street, Newry, BT34 2DH. The Company went into liquidation on 31 March 2022 with an estimated deficiency as regards creditors of £114,785….
