A month after its German parent company went bankrupt, the Belgian Gerry Weber is closing its 24 stores as well. This did not come as a surprise: just like its German counterpart, the Dutch branch had already been declared bankrupt as well.
Long-term problems
After several of its German companies went bankrupt at the end of last month, it was only a matter of time before the other branches would also go bankrupt. The Dutch branch did so at the end of March, and now the Belgian branch is following suit, Het Laatste…
