A bankrupted Liverpool councillor is under pressure to resign.
Collette Goulding was declared bankrupt at the city’s County Court on May 13 according to the government’s Individual Insolvency Register.
The representative for the West Derby Muirhead ward also had links to troubled charity The Big Help Group, where she was a director until December last year.
Cllr Goulding held several roles in the company, which is now in administration, between 2023 and 2024 but only resigned from her final position last month.
Following revelations by investigative website The Post, Liverpool’s Liberal Democrats leader Carl Cashman has written to council leader Liam Robinson.
