A former Premier League and England youth team star has been declared bankrupt and could be forced to sell his £2 million mansion. Lee Clark, who made well over 200 appearances during his time at Newcastle United and also enjoyed spells at Sunderland and Fulham during a career that saw him win three second division titles and even be named Player of the Season in the 1992/1993 season.
However, as is the case with many footballers, Clark has recently found himself in financial trouble but claimed to have had no idea before being forced to declare bankruptcy.
