A court has made a disqualification order against you under the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986 (CDDA), or you have given a disqualification undertaking to the Secretary of State, which has been accepted.
You will also be disqualified under the CDDA if you are subject to the director disqualification sanction. These are very serious matters. You could go to prison if you contravene the order or undertaking.
