Arch Dental Ltd was founded in 2019 by Dr Razvan Cimpean and Dr Aimee Holloway, but Dr Cimpean had his name erased from the General Dental Council register in September 2023.
Per Companies House, Dr Cimpean (also known as Dr Razvan Campeanu) then resigned as a director of Arch Dental in October 2023.
A hearing led by the Professional Conduct Committee found that Dr Cimpean, 54, made “a number of clinical failings” in the treatment he provided to seven patients.
Arch Dental’s statement of affairs, concerning its finances as of July 28, show that the company owed £207,271.42 to creditors.
This includes £170,000 to His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs, and £30,000 to NatWest.
