Australian Distilling Ltd, the parent company of Old Young’s, Juniper Society, and Gingin Gin, has appointed Phil Davie, Jerome Mohen, and Greg Dudley of RSM Australia Partners as voluntary administrators.
The appointment follows just under one year after the business launched a public crowdfunding campaign to support the development of its new venue, the Cathedral of Gin, in Swan Valley, Western Australia. This raise generated more than $1.36 million from 392 investors in additional crowdfunding, adding to its record breaking $2.7 raised March 2023 raise.
It also follows one month behind the announced voluntary administration of fellow Australian spirits business Top Shelf International in August this year.
