The online deals site, once a go-to for discounted dinners, getaways, and activities, has officially gone into liquidation.
Global Marketplace New Zealand Limited, the company behind GrabOne, has appointed liquidators Daniel Stoneman and Neale Jackson from Calibre Partners to handle things moving forward.
In a message to customers this morning, GrabOne confirmed via its website that the business has faced funding issues and is now looking to sell its assets.
“Due to funding constraints, the business has ceased trading and the liquidators are immediately commencing a sales process for the Company’s business and assets,” the update read.
