A firm created by those behind an organisation which set out to help the most vulnerable has gone into liquidation.
James Anderson set up DEPHER Community Interest Company (CIC), which stands for Disabled and Elderly, Plumbing and Heating Emergency Response, in Burnley eight years ago. It aimed to help people as they struggled through the cost of living crisis.
