Anjuna Restaurants Limited began winding up proceedings on Tuesday, January 13.
David Booth, director of the company which runs the Blue Fig brand, said its Woodbridge venue ceased trading in December but its Bury St Edmunds restaurant remains trading.
Begbies Traynor has been appointed as insolvency practitioners.
The company had been registered at a property in Northgate Street, Bury St Edmunds, but its address has now changed to Pearl House in London.
The Blue Fig restaurant in Market Hill, Woodbridge, closed suddenly last month citing “sustained cost pressures.”
