Native Instruments GmbH has entered preliminary insolvency proceedings in Germany. A court-appointed administrator, Prof. Dr. Torsten Martini, will now oversee the restructuring of one of electronic music’s most influential tech companies.
According to documents reviewed by Create Digital Music (CDM), Native Instruments’ assets will be sold under supervision, removing executive control from the company’s current owners. Operations are expected to continue in the short term, but decisions now rest with an external administrator.
