Di Rollo of Musselburgh, which has premises on Musselburgh’s South Street, was acquired by London-based Syn3rgy Capital in 2024, as previously reported in the Courier, and operated as Di Rollo Ice Cream (UK) Ltd.
Duncan Raggett of AAB Business & Tax Advisory LLP, 81 George Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3ES has been appointed liquidator by the directors of the company.
He said: “I am undertaking my statutory duties and investigations into the company’s assets and helping the employees with their claims to the Redundancy Payments Service. Creditors will be updated on progress in line with the usual statutory reporting timeframe.”
