A UK metals company has plunged into liquidation after failed attempts to attract investors. Unimetals Recycling, which specialised in recycling metal and had 27 sites across the UK, filed for liquidation back in November. According to an official notice published in the London Gazette today, shareholders have now formally decided to close down the business. Jason Mark Elliott and Craig Johns, both of Cowgills Limited, were appointed as joint liquidators.
