The company first filed for liquidation back in November
A UK metal company with 27 sites has collapsed into liquidation, according to an official notice published in the London Gazette today (March 5).
Unimetals Recycling, which specialised in recycling metal, filed for liquidation back in November and now shareholders have now formally decided to close down the business.
Jason Mark Elliott and Craig Johns, both of Cowgills Limited, were appointed as joint liquidators.
