A Cotswolds pub firm has gone into liquidation, but its riverside pub in an Oxfordshire village has stayed open and is trading.
Cotswold Pub Partnership Limited entered insolvent liquidation in April 2025 after a formal resolution to wind up the business.
It is understood that this liquidation refers to an umbrella event management company which affected events being held at the pub, rather than the watering hole itself.
A notice published publicly in The Gazette, an official record covering UK businesses, states that this occurred on Wednesday, April 9.
