A logistics company based in Swindon has gone into liquidation.
Notices from an official public record show that earlier this month, those involved in Indipac Logistics Ltd in Groundwell Industrial Estate passed a special resolution for the business to be wound up voluntarily and appointed joint liquidators to carry out this process.
Director Darren Furnell received the voting majority required for the resolution to pass on March 2.
Steve Elliott and Gareth Buckley of The Insolvency Company, which has offices in Swindon and Taunton, are the joint liquidators.
