Adam Botterill and Damien Grant of insolvency firm Waterstone were appointed liquidators of Luna Bakehouse Limited on March 9.
Companies Office records show the company’s shareholders put it into liquidation.
But Inland Revenue had been seeking to liquidate the company after filing a High Court application on February 3.
The application was set to be heard in late-March.
Thi Linh Dan Nguyen and Mohammed Farhan Waniya are the company’s joint directors and shareholders, according to the Companies Office.
They have been approached for comment.
Both Nguyen and Waniya also operated another company FNM Ltd, trading as Luna Cafe and Eatery, which was put into liquidation by Inland Revenue in February.
