Brian Milne and Ishbel MacNeil of Quantuma Advisory were appointed liquidators. Five jobs have been lost.
According to documentation at Companies House, a special resolution was passed by the company on March 5: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up same and, accordingly, that the company be wound up voluntarily.”
A resolution for the appointment of the liquidators was also passed at that time.
