A UK landscaping company has gone into liquidation after seven years in business. A notice was published in the London Gazette this morning, the UK’s official public record newspaper, where liquidation and administration notices are published. It revealed that Garden Science Limited entered Creditor’s Voluntary Liquidation, a process whereby directors and shareholders collectively decide to dissolve a business to sell off its assets and pay back its debts.
Rikki Burton and Jasmine Baxter of Anderson Brookes Insolvency Practitioners Limited have been appointed as joint liquidators. The business has been in operation since 2019, according to Companies House, the UK’s official database for limited companies. Garden Science Limited has a…
