Rodmatic Limited, based on Portman Road and known for its manufacturing of specialist fasteners and screw machine products, has gone into voluntary liquidation, according to The Gazette and Companies House.
The firm, once operating under the name Rodmatic Holdings Limited, resolved to wind up the company following a general meeting in February.
At this meeting on February 24, at Unit 8, King Street’s Aquarium Building, shareholders agreed on a creditors’ voluntary liquidation and appointed Margaret Carter and David Griffiths of bk plus Limited as joint liquidators.
The firm also traded from the same Portman Road address.
The company moved into voluntary liquidation on the same day as the meeting.
