Euro Multivision Limited’s board has formalized key governance appointments as part of the company’s post-liquidation restructuring under new management. The board noted the appointment of Ankita Mohta, an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with a decade of experience in corporate law and secretarial compliance, as company secretary and compliance officer effective 15 December 2025.
