James Stephen and Simon Girling, of BDO, were appointed joint liquidators of Dundee-based company REM Couriers Limited, following a petition presented to Dundee Sheriff Court.
A notice on Companies House shows that the business’s accounts are overdue: the accounts made up to October 31, 2024, were due by July 31, 2025, and the last accounts made up to October 31, 2023.
Documents also show that shareholder funds total £4,286, compared with a shareholder deficit of £9,644.
