A liquidator has been appointed to a Scottish road freight transport company.
The move comes after a court petition from His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs for the Larkhall company to be wound up.
CCH Transport Limited is now in the process of liquidation, liquidator Henderson Loggie said.
Companies House listed the change of address for the road freight transport company from Larkhall to the care of Henderson Loggie in February.

The petition was presented to Hamilton Sheriff Court by the Advocate General for Scotland for HMRC to order that CCH Transport Limited “be wound up and to appoint a liquidator”.
