The orderly winding-up of Redmill Fabrication Limited comes after its directors moved to sell the West Lothian company, but despite interest this fell through on two occasions.
Documents newly lodged at Companies House showed that the firm agreed a resolution “that the company be wound up voluntarily and that the liquidator authorised to divide among the members either in specie or in kind the whole or any part of the assets of the company”.
