A UK parcel company has entered liquidation, with directors moving to formally wind up the business. Winn & Pepworth Limited, which operated in the parcel courier sector, has gone into Members’ Voluntary Liquidation. The firm is based in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire, at Chester House, Lloyd Drive. The process began on March 25, when members appointed joint liquidators to oversee the closure of the company. Paul W Barber and Paul Stanley, both of insolvency firm BTG Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP in Manchester, have been named as liquidators. According to The Gazette, notices to creditors were given on April 2.
