Forty jobs and the future of three village pubs have been saved.
The Yew Tree in Avon Dassett, The Peacock in Oxhill and The Cherington in Cherington will continue after a pre-packaged sale via liquidation rescued the business.
The Happy Wolf Pub Company Ltd was placed into voluntary liquidation after a company meeting on 30th March, and liquidators BRI Business Recovery & Insolvency was appointed.
A new company The Wolf Cub Collective Ltd was created to take over the pubs.
