A UK farm shop firm with a store featuring a “great atmosphere” and “welcoming staff” faces liquidation. Hirst Family Trading Company Ltd., which trades as Albion Farm Shop in the village of Delph, Greater Manchester, was incorporated in 2009, according to Companies House. But accounts are listed as overdue, with the last ones made up to March 31, 2024.
The London Gazette states that the directors of the business want creditors to decide on a liquidator, with a resolution to wind up the company to be discussed on April 23. The nominated liquidator is Zane Collins, of Rushtons Insolvency Limited, based in Saltaire, Yorkshire.
