A Scottish motorsport company has been placed into liquidation.
The East Lothian-registered business ceased trading after a loss of funding ahead of the racing season.
The company “operated in the motorsport sector” and was founded by Michael Johnston, who was the only director of the business.
The nature of the business was described in a public notice as “racing driver” and the firm was described as conducting “sports activities” at Companies House.
A public notice showed the director moved “that the company be wound up voluntarily” and liquidators appointed.
