Parts of a well-known Scottish fashion design company have been placed into liquidation.
A number of elements of the Glasgow-based company have been placed into solvent liquidation with assets to be distributed.
Public record documents including at Companies House show entities including Marble Fashion Designs Holdings Limited and Marble Fashion Designs UK Limited have been placed into liquidation.
Such liquidition processes may also constitute part of a restructure with the closure of entities no longer required and elements of the business continuing to operate as normal.
