The Queens Head in Wymondham closed in April due to rising renovation costs and staffing issues.
Now, the company which operated the pub, TWM Norfolk Limited, is being wound up voluntarily after appointing liquidators.
The pub was owned and run by the husband-and-wife Nick and Victoria Anderson.

Mrs Anderson said the business became unsustainable after tensions between the owners and kitchen staff soured and renovation costs spiralled.
