Solance and Craig Poole launched The Best Ever Brownie Company back in 2018 and deliveries quickly started to take off during the pandemic, selling 100 boxes of sweet treats per day.
The couple then opened a store at Swindon Designer Outlet in January 2022 and was the only independent business at the shopping centre, before closing its doors in January 2025.
The team continued to run a site at the Barn Café in Foxham, as well as owning the cafe at Coate Water Country Park.
