Liquidators have been appointed to a venture launched by a Scottish restaurant company founder.
The Edinburgh-headquartered company owner said that “the time was right” to close the venture and that all suppliers have been paid in full.
Michele Civiera, founder of Civerinos, told The Herald the liquidation relates to a company called Hot Slice Studio, a “hospitality-based creative agency on George Street separate from the wider group to support small food and drinks operators with content and events”.
Documents posted on May 5 showed that Ian Wright and Brian Milne of Quantuma Advisory were appointed as liquidators.
