Kaboodle, which describes itself as the UK’s largest independent white goods installer, is set to enter liquidation just weeks after announcing plans to withdraw completely from the housebuilding sector due to ongoing market pressures.
The company’s commercial director, David Simpson, confirmed the closure in a LinkedIn post, describing the decision as the result of severe cash flow problems.
“I’m sad to formally advise that Kaboodle is to be liquidated as a result of cash constraints,” he said. “My thoughts and appreciation go to all those employees involved in the insolvency – it’s a distressing time for all.”
