Prime Focus Ltd, part of the media & entertainment industry, on Thursday informed exchanges that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, admitted a petition filed by Reliance Alpha Services Pvt Ltd, alleging debt of around Rs 353.79 crore.
