The Handmade Boutique, which allowed independent traders from across the south west to sell their products in Taunton and at Clarks Village, first opened at 51 Station Road in April 2022, with more than 50 local businesses showcasing their products.
It was then relocated to Taunton’s High Street, and by February 2024, it was supporting more than 80 small businesses.

The Handmade Boutique closed mid-way through April 2026, with the owner, Rebecca Marie Fenner, posting a heartfelt statement as the shop windows went bare.
