Documents show liquidators were appointed to the Floor Studio (Scotland) Limited, of Wards Road Elgin following court action by His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs.
The Herald reported that the notice dated May 5 shows that Stuart Robb, of Robb Advisory was appointed as liquidator.

The company is listed as a carpet and rug retailer and Companies House records from 2024 show 10 staff.
At that point, it showed capital and reserves at £251,790, set against £344,158 the year before.
