The firm’s most recent accounts at Companies House showed a £64,460 deficit. The business was set up five years ago.
HMRC says it does not comment on individual cases, but it did say: “We take a supportive approach to dealing with customers who have tax debts and only file winding-up petitions once we’ve exhausted all other options, in order to protect taxpayers’ money.”
