A British company that produced luxury shepherd’s huts has plunged into administration after being in business for seven years. Dicky Deans, based in Sussex, designed the eco-friendly huts for rent as Airbnb properties, home offices or extra living spaces that could be delivered across the UK.
The company, owned by Dicky and Helen Deans, created around 40 of the bespoke huts every year but has now collapsed into creditors’ voluntary liquidation after falling into debt. Richard Marchinton, of Conselia Limited, has been appointed liquidator as Dicky Deans ceases trading and liquidates assets.
