Liquidators have been appointed for Prestige Roofing Services Ltd, a company registered to a principal trading address on Western Road, according to official public records.
Mark David Charles Hopkins of FTS Recovery Limited and Michael Ian Field of Opus Restructuring were announced as joint liquidators on May 6.
The announcement follows a general meeting of the company held on the same day where a resolution was passed for Prestige Roofing Services Ltd to be wound up voluntarily.
The company has been trading for just over two decades, with Companies House records showing it was first incorporated on February 15, 2006.
